Dashiwa Ramen A Gastronomic Delight! I recently dined at Dashiwa Ramen, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience. This cozy little eatery nestled in the heart of Arcadia offers a wide array of Japanese delicacies, and I was particularly impressed with their beef curry udon, chicken cutlets curry, beef curry rice, and chicken karaage. When it comes to their ramen, I highly recommend both the Tonkotsu Black and the Old School Shoyu (shoyu paitan). The Classic Miso is tasty, but I found it isn’t quite on par with those two. The ramen broths are rich and creamy, the noodles are perfectly al dente, and the chashu pork is beautifully seared. I’ve never had any complaints whenever I ordered ramen here. I also enjoyed their chicken cutlet curry over rice and the beef curry with udon noodles. However, I wasn't as impressed with the pork curry over rice and would suggest trying the butadon if you're in the mood for pork.

I just wanted to add that I recently switched to a pescetarian diet and so finding good vegan ramen is hard. I tried Hiro Nori's vegan ramen and it was literally like a salad thrown on ramen noodles with bland soup. The vegan ramen here at Dashiwa is full of flavor. I replace the mushrooms with more corn, add an egg, and make it mildly spicy. They also tempura fry kale which is super tasty. You dip it in the broth and it is so good. Best vegan ramen so far.
One of my favorite ramen restaurants. The broth is stellar, creamy, and flavorful. The noodles are cooked Al Dente but they hold the flavor of the broth too, but the ultimate gem to me is the soft-boiled eggs the perfect consistency and the flavor blows you away. The server was great. Fast, efficient, and always checking to make sure all was good. Highly recommend Dashiwa Ramen! Will be back here!

The chicken was served hot with mayo sauce, and it was delicious. The Mazesoba Original was fantastic; the noodles were thick and had a great texture. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, and the salad was fresh!
We had a group of 13 people and they made every effort to seat us together. Everyone liked the entry they ordered. I had the black tonkotsu ramen which was pretty good. Will definitely come again if I am in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
I absolutely love this place; it's my top choice for ramen. I usually order the Tonkatsu, which is incredibly rich and creamy. I never miss the chance to get extra broth because it's just that delicious!
First time eating at this place. Their Tan Tan Ramen was to die for. Quick and very friendly service and the place looked very modern and renovated. I highly recommend this place.
