Came in for tea and coffee, and ordered two glasses of water. Since the water came in a very small jug, we soon asked for a refill to which we were told that we can’t just order water by an elderly lady and heavy eyeshadow. That same lady came up to our table with the water and started explaining that it’s wrong of us to only order the water (although we also ordered tea and coffee) and told us she will have to charge us for the water and the ice we did not at any point specify that we wanted tap water, so we were prepared to pay for it anyway. I've been here a few times for coffee or breakfast and everytime I'm impressed. The food and drinks are always very nice, freshly cooked and have a little extra from the normal cafe food. David is a lovely guy too, very friendly and welcoming as are the staff. Can't say enough good about this place. And just found out there are evening events too so looking forward to one of those soon. Service: Dine in
We popped in for an impromptu breakfast and it was delightful. The breakfast bap was perfectly cooked and they were happy to give the egg to my husband. He had the squished Avocado and added some other bits. The food was so tasty and the portion sizes were perfect. I would definitely recommend for breakfast and I would love to go back for lunch. Beautiful cafe, we stopped by for and impromptu visit. Id recommend booking in advance as it felt we were lucky to get a table! Went to have coffee with my 75-year-old mum, my our 1yr old grandson, only to get told we can't stay as we don't allow kids in here. Won't see me in there ever again. Atmosphere: 1
