This restaurant inside Dee Why RSL has been recently refurbished to allow extra seating. The Asian variety of food is excellent from dumplings to noodles to a variety of rice dishes even some Thai dishes can be found. Servings are big and will satisfy all, the prices are very reasonable and drinks can be purchased at the nearby bar, beer (try the fat yak) wines and spirits at club prices.One hint, join the club for 3 years at $15 at the front desk, this will allow you to pay at club prices which for visitors are 10 to 15% more expensive, so if you are with a group of 4 or more then the membership would have paid for itself.
Really nice. New and shiny! The bistro offers a good menu, as well as a carvery option, and the bar has a great range and selection of drinks. Friendly staff round it off very nicely.We did primarily come for the band (Wolfmother) and were pleasantly surprised by the hall. It's well laid out, and there is no doubt that the speakers are plenty loud enough however there were some major feedback issues hence the loss of a star on this review.Would definitely visit again if I were in the area.
Have eaten here plenty of times and the quality of the meals is consistent with your typical Asian take away. The serves are huge so if youre chasing a big feed at a moderate price then its a good alternative to the standard RSL bistro.
Starting with a brilliant pub dinner watching the footy, then cocktails at the courtyard which were insanely good, then a few Lucky hours on the pokies with sensational tap beer. Staff were very professional. 10/10 venue

A group of 10-15 of us gather every few months for dinner. This was our first time dining at Dee Why. Although there was a bus stop in front of the restaurant, we did not find it...
The cost of Singapore noodles keeps increasing, yet the portion size has decreased with less chicken and shrimp. I am disappointed with the changes to my favorite dish.
Unplanned stop at Dee WHY RSL resulted in a delicious lunch and a successful flutter on the pokies, The Nasi Goring was tasty as was the Cashew Chicken; recommended.
a great place to come for a drink and something to eat the newly renovated bar area, makes great pizza or otherwise a Brat-Mitte week is always great

Have eaten at many of the restaurants here. Love the lamb cutlets at the bistro. Biggest and tastiest out of all the bistros I've had cutlets at.
