Finding the restaurant was a bit challenging as my GPS directed me elsewhere. It's tucked away at the back of a parking lot, and the only sign is located above the entrance door. The interior space is beautifully designed. They currently offer just three vegan salads, along with a vegan croissant and a vegan chocolate croissant. I was informed that they hope to expand their vegan menu, but it really depends on customer demand, so be sure to voice your interest. The salad I tried, the salad of the day, was decent. It included avocado, beet, carrots, a vegan coleslaw, mixed greens, and a balsamic mustard dressing. However, I don't particularly enjoy salads, as I can easily make them at home. I...
The location and ambiance of the restaurant are fantastic. Although the service was a bit slow because they were short-staffed, we were informed that it would take about 30 minutes for the savory crepe, while the sweet crepe would come out faster. Thankfully, we weren’t in a rush, so it didn’t affect our experience much. The salmon and avocado toast was delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, although there weren't enough umbrellas for all the tables. Fortunately, we were able to get one of the two tables that had an umbrella. I would definitely come back again.
I tried the "Salad you Jour," which was decent. It included avocado, beets, carrots, a vegan coleslaw-type mixture, and a balsamic mustard dressing. However, when I dine out, I'd prefer not to order salads, as I can easily make those at home. I was hoping for a more diverse range of vegan choices, and it was disappointing to see such limited options. That said, vegetarians will likely enjoy it here since everything on the menu is vegetarian.
Orange County can be full of surprises. This hidden gem serves delicious croissants and omelettes. Although the ham and cheese omelette could have had a bit more texture, it was beautifully prepared and perfectly cooked. The chocolate croissant was wonderfully rich, both in texture and flavor. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return.

The sandwiches we had for my family, including the Tuna Croissant, vegan baguette, salmon baguette, and turkey cheese baguette, were all delicious! The staff, a very kind man and woman, made our experience even better.

Nestled on a corner between medical and business offices. Has small but cute patio seating. Best beignets in OC! Croissants are delicious too.
