New design old horrible service. Pizza Rucola came without tomatoes and Grana Padano. Called dieci Zug immideately, explained the problem, the lady on a phone was rude, however offered a voucher for the next order. Asked her how can I get or use this voucher? She said she was busy and hang up
Ordered pizza for pickup. Poor quality (not better than pizza from kebab places and they forgot ingredients (prosciutto! . Also this gross industrial mozzarella is used. There are plenty of better places (La Terrazza, Gotthard Restaurant, Fischmärt and others
I used to give Dieci 5 stars. Unfortunately their quality reduced a lot over the past months. The latest pizza Rustica that I ordered, did not have topping all the way to the border, leaving 5cm of only tomatoe sauce and bread. Please improve!!!
Good pizza, but arrived 35 minutes late (promised was 45 minutes, they arrived after 80 minutes). And they were stone cold. The manager was untruthful- he kept promising that the pizza was 3-4 minutes away, time and again. No explanation given. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Sehr schön, dass sie veganen Käse für die Pizza haben! Das Gemüse war köstlich. Sie hatten auch glutenfreie Pizza!
