This restaurant, now called La Table de Cabasse to differentiate from its previous existence as part of the hotel Domaine de Cabasse is enjoying a step up in quality in the hands of chef Johannes Sailer who was previously at Les Abeilles (Sablet) and the...famous Oustalet in Gigondas. The cuisine is good, dinner menus start at and the wine list is pretty good (as you'd expect in this area We found the service very friendly and competent, it was a windy night so we ate inside which was fine but on warmer days the outside dining area is very romantic. To my mind this was good hotel food rather than gastronomic restaurant food but a very enjoyable evening, well worth a visit.
It is in the country with very little else in the vicinity so great for peace and quiet. Service patchy' because very little English spoken. One woman on reception was excellent and went out of her way to assist us but the rest of the...staff were not so good. Unless you have a car you do not really have any choice but to eat in their restaurant and meals were a set menu with no choice. Rooms varied but most were reasonably large by French standards.
We did not stay in the hotel but came for a dinner. Pros: The outdoor terrace is in a beautiful location, overlooking the vineyards and a glimpse of the old town of Séguret above you up on the hillside. The serving staff was attentive and...kind. Cons: The food was nothing special and we were not impressed but any of the cuisine. I think there are restaurants with better food elsewhere.
This young chef is a rising star. Our food was deliciously prepared and artfully presented. Truly the best trout I’ve ever enjoyed-and I grew up fishing trout in Colorado. He was most interested in pleasing us and communicated with us at several points in the...evening. And the setting of the restaurant is something right out of a movie set.

My friend and i stayed at the hotel for one night and had lunch at the restaurant. Apart from the food being great, the service (especially by Julien) was super good! If we ever want to enjoy nice vineyards and nature, we will definitely come...back! Ps, it is unfortunately a little(very) far from the lavender fields!
We had a family dinner in this restaurant which is part of a hotel. The location is nice and quiet near the typical village of Seguret. We took one of the menus. The main dish was codfish and was good. Service was friendly and timely...(at least for us on holiday). I can recommend this restaurant.
Poor experience, service was poor, server couldn't keep track of what we ordered, in fact we received appetizers that we didn't order, observed one of the servers pull her gitch out of her butt. Suffice to say only ate one meal here over the three...days.

Stayed here as part of our Alps cycling trip (Thomson Bike Tours is amazing). The staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic and the rooms and overall accommodations are terrific. Newly renovated, comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Had dinner on Two Occasions while staying in hotel . Part of a Large Group , Meal was Good . Impressed to be Served Perfect Scallops .
