We krijgen een tafeltje op het terras met zicht op de wijngaarden van het domein. We nemen alvast een glas champagne, die is goed maar wel karig geschonken. De tafel is verzorgd gedekt, zij het naar de eenvoudige kant. Het is rustig zitten hier.We beperken ons tot één enkele plat. Dat wordt "Boeuf d'Aloyau en pavé, sauce au vin et garnis de légumes". come for 2 nights and 2 dinners through the "traveler bike," we were very well welcomed. very beautiful domain , perfect view , very nice outdoor decoration. the interior is brand new, the modern decor of the room has seduced us. very pleasant staff and small care. The table is good but not exceptional and the big flat is waiting throughout the meal! breakfast is very complete and, taken on the terrace, it is a real happiness!
We did not stay in the hotel but came for a dinner. Pros: The outdoor terrace is in a beautiful location, overlooking the vineyards and a glimpse of the old town of Séguret above you up on the hillside. The serving staff was attentive and kind. Cons: The food was nothing special and we were not impressed but any of the cuisine. I think there are restaurants with better food elsewhere.

Disappointing! a unique basic meal for 52€, the service was poor, the waiters were mistaken several times and served us in the mess, the child dish was served alone while we waited for the entrance for 45min, the wine only after the second dish on our request, brief really disappointed I do not advise this restaurant the same for the nearby tables that received the same service.
very beautiful building that leaves dreamer .quelle surprise inside , the restaurant room with the canteen setting , with this huge coffee machine for breakfast . pending the entrance , a small fish qunelle , in entrance a pigeon that was immangeable , and for dessert , a syrup clothes , that just saved the rest . very expensive addition .
This restaurant had the most beautiful setting sitting outside overlooking a vineyard!We all had the three course tasting menu.Everything was amazing, especially my fish entree.The wine from their vineyards was the best I've ever had!

Vorige keer waren we zeer tevreden, maar dit keer had de kok zijn dag niet, jammer. Alles rammelde en zowel de presentatie als de kwaliteit was minder.
