They were very friendly with us and we also had dinner at the restaurant. The latter was a bit disappointing since the service, although kind, was very slow and the duck we asked was excessively hard and the total account was quite expensive for the quality of what we ate. But the hotel is highly recommended. We'll take the insurance back.
