Terrible customer service. 1. Food was so cold had to heat it up due to driver going to wring house 15 min away. not drivers fault so I did tip him extra for the extra drive) 2. Was overcharged. When I called to air out my concerns it was brushed off. My main concern was being over charged amd I was told I didn't mention the national coupon of $5.99 deal. I was told that deal needed to be mentioned when I called however I did speak to corporate and they said its a national promotion and they should have automatically applied. I placed an order through the app and it took two and a half hours for the delivery to arrive. I was frustrated when I called to inquire about my order and was rudely hung up on twice. The customer service was unacceptable and this has not been the first time this has happened when I have ordered from this restaurant. I do not recommend ordering from this location. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately I cannot.
Zero stars. I ordered a sandwich online, paid, and then the restaurant informed me they were out of bread. But they wouldn’t refund me. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my pie, employee gave me a hard time about not wanting to replace my sandwich with another item instead. Was embarrassing in front of other customers. I wasted money on a sandwich they couldn’t make for me or refund me for. Never coming back here again
Don't bother to redeem points for free items from the Dominoes in Budd Lake. I did and it took two hours for one pizza to be made and delivered. When I called about it twice, I was told how busy they are as a customer this shouldn't be my problem and then when it was delivered, it was barely warm, the thin crispy crust was soft and it was burned in the edges. Very disappointed in my service tonight..

they sent me the wrong order. I called and they told me the right order was on their desk and would deliver it. we live less than 10 minutes away from the load. I called 30 minutes later, after I was blown up between several people on the call, they tell me they are too busy to deliver it and I have to pick it up. terrible service.
this load doesn't even deserve a star. very bad service.i ordered cinnamon twists and a large pizza online they let me wait for my pizza for more than 40 minutes just to find out that they gave my pizza to someone else. not pizza again from this invite very disappointed to buy. they need to improve their service.
The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. The pizza quality is bad and they blamed their computer system when the food was not ready for pick up, even after 1 hour of placing the order. There is a need for better management at this location.

This is a typical pizza chain, but their delivery drivers are always courteous and on time. Just remember to tip them well.
