I visited on a Thursday evening craving some nostalgia from years gone by and taking advantage of advertised price discounts. The online ordering process went quite smoothly for me, as I was able to place my order in a few minutes and get an accurateestimate (10-15 minutes) of readiness at the end. The exterior and interior of this location looked clean. My order was waitingin a warning bag which helped to preserve some warmth in my pizza. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage (2 toppings) pizza and got a cheese only delivered. In addition, the cheese pizza I got was horrible. When I called to alert them, they said since I ordered online, there was nothing they would do for me. FYI, I ordered from them last week and thought I would do so again spending another $35 to support them tipping generously top of the delivery charge. Will not do so again as the person on the phone hung up on me mid-sentence. Horrible customer skills but the driver Michael was great.
Worst management , worst quality food. Avoid this place at all costs! I would not order from here if all items were free or they paid me to eat from them. Their customer service is non existence and their management managed should be fired and not beallowed to work in any restaurant or hospitality or customer service role. I feel like their reviews are because no one goes out of their way for a good experience but happy to do so to complain. My pizza was amazing. Extra sauce, toppings spread perfectly. Thin crust perfectly crispy. I did in car pickup, was prompt andreally nice greeted, asked how I was, confirmed it was ok to place on my seat, stacked everything nicely on the seat, saidhave a good night.

I like the custom pan pizzas a lot and this was my first time trying this location. The garlic parmesan bites were quite good but the pizza needed more sauce. Otherwise the service when I went to pick it up was excellent ... it was fast and the man who helped me was so nice and friendly, it left a big impression. I wish I had gotten his name.
Excellent job keeping customers informed about their order status! The online updates, along with the well-timed notifications, made it easy to know when to head to the store for pickup. I was very satisfied with the smoothness of the transaction.
We live near the Oakton Domino's and tried it for the first time last month. The delivery service has been excellent and the pizza is always loaded and hot. I have also tried the salads and pasta and they were great too.
Order from them often.usually very good. Last night the pizza was pretty bad. Tasted like it was made the day before.also didnt get the ranch dressing i payed for

This domino's is fantastic. Super friendly workers and while they are understaffed they still deliver amazing service and quality pizza. Love you guys so much
