So many times I've ordered here always an issue. Last time I ordered I was told my order didn't get delivered because the store was closed. The driver tried to call me and I didn't answer. I wish I could put a screenshot on here oh I answered said hello 3 times and driver didn't respond. The worst experience I ever had was a Fri 3 years ago I ordered from there and got the worst food poisoning ever how do I know it was from there is my daughter got it as well and I had just picked her up from Mom. I'm a single father that was all we ate together that day. Next morning we're both throwing up sweating diarrhea laying in bed. Horrible place. Mr Ds pizza palace across the street it's much better...
They have online coupons such as Mix and match for x price , but then if you pick a pizza with any sauce besides default tomato the price increases above what was marked in the coupon. They also charge an extra dollar for chicken as a topping. Then, if youare getting delivery, they charge you a flat 5$ fee which is not a tip and also your items become a dollar more expensiveeach. If you are asking us to pay this much before tip then I don 't blame people for not tipping drivers anymore. If the drivershave a problem with it then they need to ask their managers why the 7 dollars extra in delivery charges for driving 2 pizzas 3miles isn 't going to them.
I will NEVER get Domino's at this location. This means I will probably not ever eat Domino's again as this is my delivery location. I have had numerous tiny issues with this location, all passable as mistakes. I had one issue where the staff left me on hold for 20+ minutes. I just hung up. The final nail in the coffin was the night we ordered delivery. After too long already, the driver called and said he couldn't find our house. (Weird. They have been delivering to my house for over 10 years! I gave the driver directions to get from where he was to my house. He NEVER SHOWED UP! AND, we were never refunded our money.
I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner! The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The Stuffed Cheesy Bread and Wings were particularly delicious, and I couldn't believe the added bonus of free pizza! The service was immaculate, also a solid 5, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable takeout experience. Plus, the atmosphere of the place is wonderful, making it a great choice for a cozy dinner at home. Awful experience... I ordered delivery at 5:04 PM and called at 7:30 PM. I was on hold for 20 minutes without anyone answering. So, I decided to pick up the order myself, but my pizzas weren't even made yet. The manager offered no apologies and claimed she was the only one working, despite me seeing eight employees on duty. I will never order from Domino's again.
Payment would not go through online and it told me to call store to complete order. All pizzas were 50% off. The guy that answered the phone was very RUDE and said he could take my order over the phone but i would have to pay FULL PRICE. I explained that it was there system and he said HE DIDN’T CARE that he could not use the coupon on my order.
Ordered on line and paid for extra sausage. I checked it when I picked it up and could not believe how sparse the sausage was. I ask about it and was told that was extra. It looked no different from when I didn?t order extra. They didn?t seem to concernedabout customer satisfaction.
Generally, my experiences here have been positive. There are times when they miss the pickup time, and once my order was completely lost, requiring them to make it while I waited. However, on the whole, they are better than average. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
