Today, I discovered a wonderful bakery in Mont Holly called Queen Bee Bakery. Although we arrived just at closing time, the staff and owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bakery offered a vast array of delicious options, including cookies, cakes, and peanut/lemon bars, and the prices were very very very reasonable compared to bakeries in Charlotte. I'm thrilled to have discovered this place. Thank you Queen Bee and staff. We will return!!!! Mark
This place is for those with an insane sweet tooth. If you’re like me, and like things mildly sweet- the selections here aren’t ALL for you. I must admit the best things you can get here for people who aren’t sugar junkies, are the cupcakes that are in the realm of fall flavors. So things like carrot cake (which is extremely good here by the way)
Oh...My...Gasssh! I went to get Valentine's treats for a couple of the schools that I service. I do not have words for how delicious everything was! If you have nothing else, get a cake pop,and the salted caramel cupcakes! I will DEFINITELY be going back! Oh...and the customer service is TOP NOTCH...great experience all the way around!
Since moving to Mount Holly, we've wanted to try this bakery. Today was the day, and we weren't disappointed! Everything looked delicious, but I decided on the sundrop pound cake. Awesome choice! Love this place. The cakes remind me of my grandma's baking so much. Always moist and never dry. Would take my son here for a treat if his week at school was great Parking: Parking lot in the back if you can't find street parking
Great cupcakes and treats, but the cakes are the best. Will be back for every special occasion that comes along. Great customer service by the manager (apologies, perhaps owner) and good follow-up.
My granddaughter and I go in at least once a week to read books and enjoy treats! This is one of our favorite spots!! Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves this place!!
