The Greek scrambled eggs. I have to give chef a shout out. Nothing against the waitress because she was great! but I literally waited longer outside to get my order taken then it took for my food to get back to me after I ordered it. Im not even playing. It had to be about 5-6 minutes before she was coming back out with my plate. Good food. been coming here for years. They have the front patio seating now. Very nice. Love this place and the food?????Try it if you haven?talready.
Donna Kaye?s Cafe can be recommended for a great breakfast. The menu has a lot of options for breakfast. I came in for breakfast today, my waitress, sorry don?t remember her name, did a wonderful job. I ordered the French toast combo, it comes with two eggs and style, two pieces of bacon or sausage and two pieces of French toast. My meal came out fast, fresh and hot. It was very good.
Heading on a road trip, stayed overnight in Bakersfield. Found this cute little Cafe with outdoor dining for the dog) a bit of flies on the patio unfortunately) Cinnamon roll french toast was yummy... no raisins- how I like it. Not too much Cinnamon taste, but still good. Pastrami omelet is a cheese omelet with all kinds of pastrami goodness piled on top.
Delicious! I got the Hobo Special with country potatoes, biscuit and gravy and my Mom got the Chilliques with chile verde and the eggs over medium. We also got french toast with cream cheese and fruit. The fruit inside was blue berries and strawberries. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Great spot for traditional American breakfast. Huge portions, you will not leave hungry. I appreciate this spot being open early on a Sunday.
