I felt like getting a quick Asian meal on a cool night and remembered this place Ducs was recommended to me by a friend. It was close to where we were staying. I had a wonton short soup which really appealed. The chicken broth was clean and clear cooked with plenty of ground black pepper and served with sliced onion and chinese greens. The wontons were prawn, shallots, fungus. The final touch was added white pepper and a drop of sesame oil. Quite a refreshingly spicy soup.We also had a nice dish of stir fried seasonal vegetables and a bowl of rice. Just went there for fish and chips, and as usual had blue-eye trevalla which is the prince of fish available in Tasmania. It was cut very thin so a bit dry and lost flavour — in a town with so many fish-and-chip outlets, pretty disappointing. The chips were again, okay but far from the best available. There was a cafe/souvlaki shop around the corner where the prices were lower and the fish looked better cut. I went to the more upmarket place and rather wished I hadn't.
Liebe die Hokkien-Nudeln und das mongolische Rindfleisch an diesem Ort. Sie servieren es in einer niedlichen kleinen Nudelbox für den Imbiss und sein schnell, einfach und delisch. Empfehlen Sie es auf jeden Fall für den Imbiss. Ich würde nicht unbedingt einfrieren, da es irgendwie dumpfen im Restaurant ist.
Ausgezeichneter Service - freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen wurde wunderschön präsentiert und so gut geschmeckt, wie es aussah. Die ganze Familie war beeindruckt. 5/5 für uns. Sehr empfehlenswert Duc's.

Love Beef noodles soup at Duc's Takeaway so much. Have come to many times since I were a student in UTAS. 5 years now, it's still delicious as usual
Pork belly was awfull as it was tough tastless and old smelly meat. The skin wasnt crispy. Also 2 of my order wasn't hot. No reason to return.

The portion sizes here are quite large and the prices are relatively inexpensive. The food is tasty too.
