I recently had a terrible experience at this DD location. When I asked if the decaf coffee was fresh, they said they would make a fresh pot. However, they simply added some fresh coffee on top of the old decaf. Additionally, they were out of regular coffee and served it before it was fully brewed, resulting in weak, watery coffee. When I brought these issues to their attention, they had a bad attitude. I asked for a refund and left the disappointing coffee behind. Where is the management? This place used to be good, but after this experience, I will never return. I will be going to Starbucks instead.
I have never had a good experience with my orders at this restaurant. For example, when I asked for a regular latte with whole milk, they gave me one with cream instead. Another time, I ordered a frozen coffee without caramel, but it came with extra caramel. These are simple drinks, but they consistently make them wrong. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Honestly, the one girl working behind the counter has an attitude problem. She also had my niece’s donut crushed by the muffin when placing inside the same bag. When we addressed that the donut didn’t seem “fresh”, she made some comments that she must have thought we wouldn’t hear. Definitely would not recommend, nor bother coming back to this location.
Normally Dunkin’ inside of malls are horrible. I love this location!! There is this sweet girl who works there who took the time to know my order and realizes the app messes up when you ask for a bagel twist warmed and she warms it for me!! They are all so nice and efficient here. And plus side they make the drinks correctly. Haha

First off i was really disappointed because I woke up today hoping to get a vanilla bean Coolatta fresh from Dunkin but what did they do they gave me white mocha which i am allergic to and they only only had one ketchup packet left and too much egg on the bacon egg and cheese i would prefer going to starbucks but they were closed

Additionally, they only had ketchup packets left and the bacon egg sandwich had too much egg. I considered going to Dieuks, but they were closed.
Every time I come to this location I have to ask for someone to prepare my sandwich, the girl with the red hair behind the register seems to be unaware of what needs to be done to service customers. The employees are also more often than not sitting around talking to one another instead of helping customers. Terrible store
I work in the mall everyday I come into this location the girl with the glasses and bun always yelling and slamming people stuff I spend my money here everyday I don't do anything to deserve her attitude every morning

I ordered a small coffee, but they suggested I try a frozen coffee instead, and it was delicious. It really tasted like a frozen coffee. Thank you to the ladies at Dunkin Donuts - your service is superb!
If you order from the app be prepared to get your order wrong, employees never read instroctings for special requests. Very disappointing. I literally paid over $5 for a cup of ice ?
