I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Unfortunately, the staff and manager were extremely rude and behaved inappropriately. They talked disrespectfully to customers, inquired about personal matters, and made comments about their appearances. I believe the corporate management should reconsider the employment of both the manager and the staff, as this behavior is completely unacceptable.
This is undoubtedly one of the finest Dunkin' Donuts locations around. The coffee is consistently fresh and delicious, and the service is exceptional, particularly when Motion and his team are on duty. Motion greets you with a smile and remembers your favorite drink every time you visit.
I’ve visited numerous Dunkin' Donuts, but this location stands out as the worst. The staff are very rude, and the atmosphere is uninviting. I suggest avoiding this Dunkin' and going to another nearby location instead. This one is really disappointing.

The coffee at Dunkin' is excellent, but note that this location doesn't bake on-site. I suggest avoiding the afternoon, as the baked goods may not be fresh then.
