Despite a busload of customers waiting, the team worked diligently to serve everyone promptly. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive to each guest's needs. I would definitely visit this Dunkin again!

The staff was quite disappointing. They messed up my order, and when I requested a correction for my drink, the cashier replied that I was being bothersome.
