The older lady with gray ponytail waited on me at the drive thru last Sunday. I ordered a Caramel Swirl Iced Coffee with cream and liquid sugar. Got to the window and saw that the coffee looked like dark brown murky water and it had a modified slip on it. I kindly asked the older lady if they could remake it because it looked gross and she started shouting at me and making it a big deal. Told her to keep the coffee and drove off. Simply could have been remade. I went to Starbucks immediately after and was not disappointed. Won't be back to Westfield stDunkin!
This place is always messing up orders, missing items, under or over cooking food, and messing up coffee orders completely. worst Dunkin I have ever been to. for $15.00 and hour and nearly $5.00 for a large ice coffee or more than $5.00 for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel they should be getting it right. I don't understand the lack of care and pride that goes into this dunkin. Not sure if it's the machinery, personnel, or management but something must be done as it's a disgrace.
Went through the drive through couldn’t even take a breath before being asked if I was done ordering meanwhile everything I went to order they didn’t have. Went to order the churro signature latte (they didn’t have it) ordered the bacon, egg, cheese empanadas (they didn’t have it) and then tries to rush me through my order. Excuse me while I take a moment to look at the menu and figure out something else I would like. Definitely didn’t have a good experience.
i was getting to work super early. i wanted to be nice and get coworkers munchkins. i ordered and paid for two 50ct and only received one. did not receive any communication from employees. i assumed they were all in the big box because i got handed them and the employee walked away. i also received no receipt so i can’t even go back to have it fixed. and their phone line is always always busy. not happy.
I went in there at 7:55am to get a iced cappuccino but before that I used the bathroom and when I came out of the bathroom I was waiting to order for at least 10 minutes and there was 3 people working they were so rude. There was nobody else waiting to or in the lobby DON'T GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS AND THE PRICES ARE SO DAMMMM HIGH.!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????
I went to the drive thru for a specialty drink. The line crawled. Was told that the machine for lattes was broken, so no such drinks could be made. Ended up getting a coffee, which was fine. Not the easiest dunkin to get in and out of being on the busy route 20. The staff were friendly, but the visit was disappointing. Probably won't be back to this one.
How many times can I order a sandwich and a donut and you forget the donut ….. and does anyone there actually know how to make a coffee or are we just guessing? Worst Dunkin around. Do better.
As for dunkin this one is by far my least favorite. Every time I give it another chance it disappoints me. From rude employees to messing up orders.
