I've had a few disappointing experiences at the restaurant located at Lincoln Park on Boonton Rd. Once, I ordered a mocha latte and they forgot to add sugar. Another time, it seemed they used cold milk, which made my coffee cold. The last time I requested a pumpkin spice latte, making sure to specify that I wanted it hot. However, the woman served me a cold coffee with ice instead. I don’t drink iced coffee in the morning, so I pointed this out to her. She didn’t seem pleased but eventually gave me a hot one—only to add three or four times too much syrup, rendering it undrinkable because it was excessively sweet. So, it goes without saying that I have not returned to that place.
I am never one to post, but this is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. the ones in Newark have better service. I walk in this morning hoping to get a quick coffee and the line is already seven people deep with two people working so I leave walk across the street and get a coffee from somewhere else come back through and I see one of the two people working in the back parking lot in her car Hanging out. And the line only moved one person. The slowest and worst service ever. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Drive an extra five minutes if you really want Duncan because this one is horrible.
I placed an order online, and the app confirmed it was received. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they claimed it was not my order. When I asked to cancel or receive a refund, they refused. To make matters worse, one of the employees used a racial slur against me, despite me being white. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant, as they clearly do not value their customers. I hope their new location does not succeed, as the staff they employ is unacceptable.
The customer service here is quite disappointing. I love Dunkin' Donuts, but this location is not up to par. The comment about the blank stares and indifference perfectly reflects my experience. While the location is convenient, I’ve chosen to go elsewhere now.

Don’t go here. Not worth it unless you want watered down sugar water. Asked for regular got watered down extra light and sweet. Doesn’t even taste like coffee at that point!! Not a 1 time thing. This is the last 5 times I went here. Never again
Bad Service. Took 10 mins to take prder because the boy taking order was not trained properly.Got order wrong, the women working was not listening properly to the order, looks like she was multitasking.Will never go back to this franchise.
I went there for someone else’s breakfast and asked for donut recommendation as I’m not a donut person. The lady showed her whites of her eyes and told me one word NO like no recommendation. The staff is awful.
One of the worst DD's around, staff seems confused and are impolite. Not unusual nowadays, Muslim owned and since they hate us, hard to expect any thing different.

They made my order to my liking and had it ready in no time.
