Dunkin' - Tisch resevieren

I’ve had a disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. As a regular patron, I’m familiar with most of the staff here. However, the new employee, Mehran, doesn't seem to know how to interact with customers properly. He really needs some training; otherwise, we might consider going to a different location. His poor attitude has made us hesitant to return. I urge the owner to take this matter seriously, as this location once had the best staff around.

8800 Gross Point Rd Skokie 60077 is The worst service by owner himself coffee is cold and not fresh and found some surprising pieces in it not sure what was that, also the owner attitude beyond bad kicking people out even though they are buying from hisstore, telling them don?t need your business as well as calling police on whoever drinking his coffee outside for longer than 5minutes, Overall the worst experience for how to deal with customers

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, with a medium coffee. Instead of informing me that this location does not serve bacon, I was sold and ate this whatever substitute meat. I really did not appreciate this considering if the roles were reversed lawsuits would be filed. I was not given a receipt, otherwise I would have gone right back for a refund. The staff here did a fantastic job with a toasted multigrain bagel topped with vegetable cream cheese, and the courteous service was a nice bonus. The only downside is that I noticed a sweet aftertaste while finishing the bagel, and upon checking online, I discovered that their recipe includes 8 grams of sugar. I was really expecting a healthier option.

The drive-thru experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time they make changes, it seems to get worse. It's frustrating—after all, we're paying for our coffee and donuts. Let's bring back a smoother experience!

Good coffee donuts and food. The staff is friendly and remembers regulars names and orders if you come enough.
