I drove up to the drive-thru, and no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. As cars began to line up behind me, I had to say hello three times before someone finally asked me to hold on for a moment. When I reached the payment window, a disheveled guy with a blank expression was there. He looked confused and didn’t respond to me at all. Then, without saying anything, he closed the window and walked away. Fortunately, a friendly lady came over to apologize and informed me that my order hadn’t gone through. Saturday Jan. 27, I just arrived home from the Dunkin Donuts on Thunderbird/7th street. Every single time I go in there I'm always appreciative of the EXCELLENT customer service! Teresa is the manager and she is always so kind. I love the fact that she makes me feel so welcome and answers whatever questions I may have.Jamar was at the register and he took my order. VERY professional and courteous! He carefully placed my donuts in the bag and separated each donut with wax paper. Some shops will just toss your donuts in the bag like their rocks or something. Jamar handled my donuts with care lol lol.I hope the owner of the store sees this review. Also, the store is spotless...always!
My husband and I went today to get a breakfast sandwich and bagel with coffee. The employees never look clean hair everywhere, no hair net long hair never pulled back. They don’t wear gloves. We were told to go to the side waited 12 min and no food. My husband had to go in and it was cold. Why is every other Dunkin we go to have clean polite, presentable employees. My sandwich looks like someone sat on it. And no one came out we watched. Wonder what the health inspector would think . I know it is fast food , but I have worked fast food. And the pay stunk. But we follow health department guidelines. I looked presentable and clean. Shame on you for not having standards.
Walk-in customers receive little attention until the drive-thru is entirely cleared out. Orders are simply thrown on the counter, and drinks that are ready are not announced. There are broken glass bottles scattered across the parking lot, making it risky for tires. Additionally, there were construction materials in the lobby, which felt very out of place. Overall, it was a strange experience. I recommend just driving past this place.

I love this DD I?m moving out of town and will miss the morning Crew soooo much. I loved trying all their creations and just always felt like my morning family on my drive into work. When I?m back in the Valley I?ll make sure to stop in and say hi tothe morning crew. If you?re ever feeling adventurous have the baristas make you one of their creations. Cheers !!
They somehow were out of all the donuts. We ended up just getting some coffee. I would highly recommend making donuts than all the staff playing on their phones. Don't know where the manager was, but I would have been on them about this. Not good workethic. I don't work there so I can't crack the whip.
There were no powdered donuts in the 25 count of Munchkins I ordered. That was the main reason I got the box. If none are available please inform the customer. I could of went to a different location. I do not like these jelly ones and that?s mostlywhat I got. Yuk ????????
This location is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly and the drinks are the best in the area. Definitely will go out of my way to stop here vs other dunkins!
