I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. I brew it at home. If I were rating just the coffee I'd give it 5 stars. The rest of their products are pretty average or below. They do have good muffins but their donuts are rather average. I stopped buying their breakfast sandwiches because they are lousy. They have these round doughy things they try to pass off as bagels. Their english muffins aren't even english muffins anymore. A couple of years ago they substituted these dinner roll type things for english muffins. (Note to DD: English muffins are suppose to be crisp. Even their eggs are not eggs. They are actually made with 12 ingredients, most of which are decidedly not part of an egg.
Gets my order wrong almost every single day during the week, even though I put it in via mobile order 10-15 minutes before I arrive. When the errors are brought to their attention, I do receive replacements for my incorrect/missing items as necessary, but the frequency of the errors — and the waiting that I need to do while they are corrected — is starting to become unacceptable.
Poor management, only ordered a chicken croissant and an iced coffee, waited 20 mins and couldn't even bother a worker to ask where my food was. Orders after me were accomplished (including sandwiches) and I'm on work break so I had to leave no sandwich and less money.
Terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for several minutes not one person acknowledged me. A we will be with you in a minute goes a long way. I ended up going through the drive-thru, it was quicker unfortunately the couldn 't remember the 3 items I ordered.

Ordered a bacon and CheeseOn a bagel they give me the bacon Raw Never even cooked When into replace it they give me the same sandwich with just add egg They should just worry more about their job and less playing on their phones
Went here and my order was messed up three times in a row. This is unacceptable. I understand it's early and they have a lot going on but this is unacceptable.
In the 20+ times i’ve ordered here i don’t think one order has come with everything that i paid for
Always quite slow in the morning, Some days are worse than others, all depends on who is working.
