the East Brunswick location Is absolutely horrendous when the guy at the window was trying to take the order. every single time I order when the guys at the window my order is always messed up and he always has an attitude. on the other hand when the two girls are in there I never once ever have a problem with my order and they were always extremely friendly. because of that one guy I will never step foot in that place ever again. He is rude and obnoxious
if I were to give 0 reviews. very rude employees after repeating for their order several times. give them posture after they have tried to repair their order after they have misunderstood it. saw a guy with glasses and curly hair rolling his eyes on a woman who got her order wrong and only asked for milk lmaou
The manager/owner working the front counter Ramez G. Was an absolute professional, excellent customer service, and great attitude.Offered me an my kids to try new items from the menu, he was very patient, and answered all of our questions and concerns.Donuts are really fresh, coffee is great , prices are so so
This is a typical Dunkin' location, conveniently situated. Interestingly, this is the only Dunkin' I've encountered that automatically includes ketchup packets with breakfast sandwiches. I don’t know if the people their is having a bad day but i ask a simply question what’s the name of the donut you sold the person before me and give me an attitude then after he sold me he served another customer with a better attitude..I don’t know if he’s wife cheating on him but probably i don’t know.
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the area. The staff is impolite and terse with customers, barely acknowledging you at all. The managers seem to shout at the employees, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
During our visit for a lighter Christmas treat, we tried the lattes and donuts at this location. The service was quick and efficient. The two employees were energetic and brought a youthful vibe to the place.

The cream cheese at this restaurant in East Brunswick, NJ, is sour and served extremely cold. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit high.
