This location serves a full cup of caffeine even when customers specifically ask for decaf. They don’t offer dark roast coffee; instead, they just add a shot of espresso and consider it done. Bagels and donuts have been dropped on the floor, and it seems like the "two-second rule" always applies. As for management, there’s no real leadership—just an older couple who appoint unqualified individuals as managers and have no idea how to handle daily operations.
This Dunkin' is a smaller location with limited seating (see photos) and no drive-thru. The ordering area felt a bit crowded in my opinion. On the bright side, the staff was friendly! I personally prefer a larger seating area where you’re not so close to other customers, but you can always opt for takeout.
The small Dunkin' location really impressed me. Our Iced Caramel Signature Lattes were excellent and ready in no time. On top of that, he scanned a coupon, which made our visit very affordable.

The staff is extremely efficient! Even during busy times, the two team members managed everything remarkably well. The food and coffee are always fresh!
The staff members are incredibly friendly, and their teamwork is outstanding! The manager is also very welcoming.
