My experience seemed pretty good until I was attempting to order a milkshake with two flavors. The cashier was genuinely confused by my request, so she called her supervisor who immediately informed me that they were forbiden to make mixed flavorshakes by her manager. terrible. absolutely terrible. I go thru the drive thru. and whoever it was that took my order kept talking over me, wouldn?t let me complete my order. and was just flat out impatient and rude. nonetheless once I got to the window, he put down the wrongsize coffee, the wrong sandwich. and to top it off whoever bagged my food, completely forgot my boston cream donut. my absolutefavorite, and when I returned to talk about it the only response I got from the manager was ?i?m sorry, would you another coffeeon us?? no. This location I frequent. They have pretty fast service, but regularly get the order wrong. The food tastes okay for drive thru breakfast. Coffee is usually spot on and fills me up. Food and service were fine. But the employees were talking and yelling at each other very loudly the entire time I was there, which was about 45 minutes.
