I refuse to give this place my money given the way they continuously mistreat their customers. This morning the young lady manning the drive through was despicable to my husband when he asked for a moment to review the menu (he was getting a box ofdonuts for work). She said oh my gooood loudly into the microphone. My husband responds saying that seems like alot for 7am,you just opened. She responded, dont talk to me like that! I demanded we leave because I dont play about food handlers withnasty attitudes. I had a troubling experience at your restaurant recently. A man attempted to lure my daughters into his car, and they went to your establishment seeking help. Unfortunately, your employee just stood there, laughing and recording the incident while the man attempted to approach them. Despite my daughters asking for assistance multiple times, they received nothing but laughter from your staff while the situation was being filmed. I would like to have the contact information for your corporate office, as I have filed a police report and have video evidence of the employee's face. It is important that this employee is questioned as a potential second aggressor in this incident.
Excellent Experience! TREATED WITH RESPECT IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME THE COLLINGDALE STORE! Every Everybody wore gloves hair nets mask the place was clean I even use the restroom the restroom was clean there wasn't even no hair nothing in the sink thesink was even clean so I would recommend highly recommend to anybody that lives in Collingdale use this Dunkin' Donutsspecifically it's the staff was overall excellent experience go check them out and Collingdale Pennsylvania Dunkin' Donuts topfive Delco!
Terrible service. This is the third time I was disrespected for their mistake. The lady at the drive thru gave me half of my order and then accused me of holding up the line. Then when I told her she gave me the wrong stuff without telling me they ranout of what I asked for. The drive thru workers are always nasty. I?ll just drive to the ones farther away bc atp it?s not worththe incompetence. They screw everything up. They need to hired professional people or shut down

I went into this store to buy donuts. I stood at the counter and waited for someone to assist me. Someone came out from behind the counter and sat down with a drink, presumably on her break. There were 3 others behind the counter, but they were too busytalking with each other. After waiting 3 or 4 minutes, I left and went to another store. Everyone in this store that morning (Sunday, Sept. 25th), especially the very talkative manager, needs to be retrained.
This has to be one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to so far they were very polite this morning it’s 6:09 am October 12th on a Thursday. They made my coffee so perfectly and my avocado toast taste amazing. Thanks for making my morning .
Service can sometimes be slow, but I love her sweet foam cold brew. Try it with caramel it is delicious .. the trend to maintain with Starbucks menu is not bad Thier drinks are quite good compared.
They Always get my order wrong , and by the time I get to work , I can?t come back and their sweet bacon is regular , not sweet !!

Its a DD. They have manners and actually listen to what you want. Nice change.
