I asked the staff to prepare my latte in a specific way, using a complimentary coupon. An employee named Marvin refused to follow my instructions. When I requested my coupon back, he outright denied any refund. His behavior was unprofessional, giving the impression that he owned the place, and he wouldn’t fulfill a simple request. It seemed like he didn’t understand that large lattes require two shots of espresso. I can’t shake the feeling that this location might be skimping on espresso and other products. On top of that, the manager was rude and unhelpful; they seemed more interested in taking my money than in making drinks, and they suggested I contact Corporate instead.
I visited this particular Dunkin' on December 18, 2022, while spending time with my family in Long Island. One male employee had a poor attitude throughout my order, and while I was eating inside, he told me to leave because he was going to mop the floor. It was 7 PM, and the place doesn’t close until 10 PM—why can’t I enjoy my meal in peace before heading back to New Jersey? Honestly, this experience made me feel like this is a poorly managed establishment, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did today.
I occasionally stop by this place for a quick brunch, often opting for a coffee with donuts or a croissant sandwich. The staff is a committed team that offers prompt and attentive service, always willing to accommodate any special requests you may have. You can conveniently place your order and pay through their app, although I don't think they accept Bitcoin or checks. I highly recommend trying this spot; you won’t be disappointed!
This restaurant was a complete disappointment. I have a video that I'd like to share to show that America isn't thriving on Dunkin; rather, people are facing problems due to Dunkin's inadequate customer service. We pay for our orders, yet we still can't get what we want. Be sure to check out the video on YouTube. I specifically requested certain items and even paid extra, but they still failed to fulfill my order correctly.

Disgusting place the Indian guy at the counter hardly spoke English and did not let me use the bathroom they say its out of service, they didn’t even have sanitizer for time to use before I ate and they said if I really needed to wash my hands before I ate I had to go to Keyfood disgusting place unfriendly people and I would be surprised if they have a valid NYS health department license
One night I was there, which was on a Friday evening, 7pm, I noticed it to be cleaner than when last I was there. No homeless or rowdy kids, and it was clean and pleasant. An off the grid spot with tables to sit and relax. Plus, there is a Nassau County police booth right behind the store, a plus PS...dunkin getting more expensive. My sister went here and was ridiculed for her voice. Specially the person who works the night shift, with an earring. The person who was working with him stayed silent while this was happening. This is completely unacceptable. The staff needs to change.
Very Rude, lock the customers out. when I asked the pleaae open the door she says drive-thru. There was a customer in there but they can't take one more, during normal business hours at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday.

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts, and they consistently run like a well-oiled machine when it comes to service and the quality of my drinks. The staff is friendly and carries out their tasks efficiently.
I occasionally visit for their fresh donuts and beverages. They have an excellent selection that's always in stock. The wait time is quite short here, unlike at other restaurants.
