The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient, regardless of when I stop by. They always seem to be in a great mood. I really appreciate that they often add an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me. I once ordered custom letter donuts, and they were perfect and ready exactly when I needed them. Plus, it was more affordable than a bakery for a custom order. I've been to several Dunkin' locations on Long Island, but this one is definitely my favorite.
The staff at this Dunkin' location are always friendly and efficient, no matter when I visit. They consistently seem cheerful and upbeat. I especially appreciate that they frequently include extra munchkins for my kids. I once placed an order for custom letter donuts, and they were perfectly made and ready right on schedule. Plus, the custom order was more affordable than at a bakery. I go to several Dunkin’ spots on Long Island, but this one is by far my favorite.
I ordered through the app and waited in the store for 10 minutes, only to be told that none of my items were in stock. Since they wouldn’t refund my order, I had to accept substitutes instead. When I got home, I found out they also forgot another part of my order. I had to go back, only to discover that they didn't have yet another item. I won’t be coming back; this used to be the best Dunkin' in town, and it’s really disappointing to see its decline.
