I give two stars over one star because I can tell the workers are trying their best. I think management is the issue in this establishment. they forgot to give me a straw which I don?t understand how you can forget if all I ordered was a drink. myfriend next to me ordered food and they gave her everything but her doughnut. this has also happened multiple times where theyforget to give certain food items. when I am paying 349 for hashbrowns I would like to get my hashbrowns.
I have repeatedly encountered problems with receiving a hot latte from this establishment. Each time I order one, it arrives cold. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, they attributed it to the machine rather than the staff. In contrast, Starbucks coffee remains hot even after a 15-minute drive home, while Dunkin' coffee gets cold in just 5 minutes. It's truly disappointing that a coffee shop struggles to make a decent cup of coffee.
This restaurant is Dunkin Donuts. You know what to expect. I used to work at one in the past and have noticed that the menu has expanded significantly. They now offer a wide variety of food options. I usually order an ice cream or a cold brew with caramel syrup, sometimes adding an extra shot of espresso. It's always a good time there. Don't forget to try their delicious donuts.

The dishes were all made with donuts and oat milk and looked appetizing. I was looking forward to my ordered drink, but they were out of it by 4 o'clock. The staff was friendly and apologetic. I ended up having an almond milk latte instead, which was delicious.
Worst Dunkin ever. I?m sorry that I bothered you by giving my business. Rude customer service and they took forever. They were also out of donuts at 11am and apparently weren?t going to have anymore for the rest of the day.
I wish there were more places like this around town. I've had nothing but great experiences here and will keep coming back. This place has a cool feel to it.
