This DD is close to hotel I was staying at so I went to get breakfast. I ordered 2 hash browns, 1 glazed donut and 1 chocolate donut. I got up to the window to pay and the young man with curly hair confirmed my order. As I’m giving him my order, he closes the drive thru window in my face. So I thought maybe it was an accident. I paid and when he gave me my order, I noticed that half of my order was missing. So I attempted to get his attention again and he rudely closed the door in my face again. This is probably the best Dunkin' Donuts location in the area. For the past eight months, I've been stopping by every morning before work for iced coffee (they have the perfect blend) and a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese through the drive-thru. I've never had a problem with the line moving slowly. The women working the windows are incredibly professional, and the intercom sound is always clear. I even remember them decorating for Halloween the last couple of years. Just a moment ago, I got in line, placed my order, and had my iced coffee in less than 20 seconds. Absolutely outstanding! As for parking, there are always spots available.
When I order drive through they never have donuts. So I decided to enter the Cafe, tons of them inside. Service is sucks there, the guy was mean and used the tissues unproperly,so he touched the donuts all over. As soon as we left, he sat at one of the tables, probably we disturbed him,so he got mad.
Every time I order an 80 percent, my order is consistently incorrect. When I call to bring up the issue, they refuse to acknowledge the mistake and insist that I ordered what they provided, without offering any apologies or assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

The staff here are truly outstanding. Unfortunately, it’s disheartening to see how some customers litter the drive-thru area with their garbage. The team works hard to maintain cleanliness, but it’s a challenge when they have to contend with this behavior.
I was disappointed to discover that there are still no gluten-free options on the menu; it seems like the restaurant is stuck in the 2000s. On a positive note, the vanilla coffee continues to be delicious.
I observed that three employees at the restaurant were glued to their phones the entire time. Given the lack of staff and the absence of customers, I was taken aback by how unclean the place was.
Got a box of Joe and was very disappointed. The coffee was very weak and watery. For what Dunkin Donuts charges, I would expect a better/stronger cup of water. Will not make this mistake again

Horrible tasting donuts for this location, constantly get your order wrong and then give you attitude like it's your fault.
I ordered a medium coffee, and it was only filled halfway. That's simply unacceptable.
