I absolutely love this location! The staff is amazing and always greets me with a smile when I stop by in the morning for my chocolate fix. Jason is particularly attentive and takes great care of me, but everyone there is friendly and in a great mood. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend stopping by for a delicious hot cup of chocolate. You all rock!
I'm not sure who is handling the DoorDash orders in the morning, but I ordered a medium iced coffee with sugar and milk. When the delivery driver handed me my order, I found hair in it, and it didn't resemble coffee at all—more like sewer water, with no milk whatsoever. Is this something you expect people to drink? How can you expect to keep customers coming to your store under these circumstances?
This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Whenever my wife and son visit, they are always treated so well. When I go in, they often ask me if my wife wants her "morning tequila," which is their playful name for her two shots of espresso. I truly enjoy going there in the mornings; the people are very friendly. It’s definitely my favorite spot!
I was on my way to fishing, so I was in a hurry to get to the boat: I made my order and talked about a quick service with a smile. This place did it, the worker was so friendly, courage and professional... I love my morning coffee when I'm in the area, I'll come back. I love this location and store the employees awesome go there every morning for my chocolate and Jason always takes care of me but they are all awesome attentive good vibe when you walk in great attitude and all the other and I will continue to go thereand I recommend it to anybody want a good hot cup of chocolate go to that store. I only visit Dunkin' Donuts for the coffee. I appreciate the staff there, and they often have my cup ready by the time I reach the counter because they recognize me. I've also noticed that they are familiar with other customers and who the regulars are as well.
Only one person was working while three to four others in the back were laughing and chatting. There were many customers waiting, indicating a lack of teamwork and proper management.
