I started to doubt myself and checked the menu again to ensure I wasn't mistaken. When I finally received the cappuccino blast, it came without whipped cream, cinnamon, or caramel—nothing at all.
Next, I asked for a chocolate croissant, and you'd think I had requested something outlandish. He looked at me with a puzzled expression and asked, “Chocolate croissant?” as if it weren't even on the menu. Frustrated, I decided to skip the croissant and just ordered hash browns, wondering if he would know what those were.

This is undoubtedly the friendliest Dunkin' I have ever been to! The staff is incredibly polite and full of energy, always serving with a smile. The person who took our order at the drive-thru was very patient and even waved at us when we reached the window. I haven't even tried my food yet, but honestly, even if it were just okay, I wouldn't mind because this Dunkin' makes you feel like you're in the South, which is a refreshing change from the generally unfriendly atmosphere around here. I give it an A+ and will only be coming to this location from now on!
This restaurant is a charming spot. Upon arriving, I was guided inside and pleasantly surprised to find only a few customers—no waiting at all! The dining area was tidy and provided comfortable seating. They even serve Baskin Robbins ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful, and at 3:00 p.m., the display was brimming with a variety of delicious offerings, including rolls, bagels, chocolate-filled croissants, and a fantastic selection of donuts. Overall, it was a lovely experience!
Attention manager of this store hygiene is a must. I stopped for a macha latte, this place is nice is clean, everything was fine till I went to the register and ordered s jelly donut, the guy at register has gloves on, but then takes money cards everythingwith gloves also my donut ???? without a napkin protector discusting. What is the point wearing of Gloves ????

Here at this dunkin, 8:19 pm; for smoothies. They told me the machine is broken but the truth is that they doesn?t want to make it and cleaned up everything this early for tomorrow. I can see is four employees working at this moment and this early they?redoing this or told to do so by manager need to be taken care of.
I ordered a Reese's shake through UberEats, but I ended up with just chocolate. They didn’t include any straws and even provided a fork for my ice cream. If you don’t have a particular flavor available, please communicate that or cancel the order. This was a complete waste of money.
My wife and I visited around 8 PM this evening for some coffee. The two young men who made our drinks were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our coffees were perfect.
In the drive-thru, there's a good chance you'll receive the wrong drinks with your order. You can expect to get what you asked for only about half the time.
