It seems that they tend to overlook on-the-go food orders until you physically arrive and provide your name. This has happened to me three times now. Each time, about 10-15 minutes after I place my order through the app, I arrive to find that only my drink is ready. When I inquire about my food order listed on the same receipt, they check it as if they were unaware and then start preparing it at that moment. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to avoid waiting in line with a crowd for my sandwich. I really wish they would take a moment to read the order before moving on to the next one! I may need to find another Dunkin' on my way to work. It's unfortunate because they're conveniently loc...
Order through the app! I appreciate the consistency. While there's no dine-in option, using the app is my preferred way to go. Every time I order this way, I receive my correct order quickly and piping hot. Keep in mind the staff is limited, so if you go inside, there might be a line. However, the staff are always friendly.
This Dunkin' is conveniently located, making it a popular choice for most Linden Public Schools students to grab breakfast since it’s just minutes away. The line was a little long, but that’s typical for busy mornings at Dunkin'. I was served and on my way within about 10 minutes.
This place is unacceptable, and management needs to take action. The service is incredibly slow; even if you place your order in advance through the app, you still end up waiting 15-20 minutes after you arrive for them to prepare your order, and half the time, it’s incorrect.

How does this location stay in business?????? The donuts are stale, the coffe is burned, and while the staff is nice they are in a fogIs this owned by x people who don’t live here and don’t drink coffee????? Shut this store down, there probably health violations
It's a good location. The Queraint 2 for 6 was not burned well. Only in the past I just didn't order cheese and put cheese. So check your food before you go is the main thing.
The restaurant is quiet and clean, which I find very important. It's nice to relax for a little while and enjoy your coffee in a pleasant atmosphere.
I tried the frozen caramel coffee, and it was excellent. This Dunkin' serves better coffee than other locations nearby.
