My experience at Dunkin this morning was far from satisfactory. I went there to meet a friend and only had two dollars in hand, hoping to buy a bottle of water. To my surprise, I had to dig into my pocket for extra money because a bottle of water cost $2.28 – quite a markup for something so simple. I usually find the staff at Dunkin to be friendly, but the person at the Belmont Street location this morning had all the warmth of a doorknob. She didn't smile or show any courtesy to me or the other 20 or 30 customers she served. If you’re not happy enough in your job to offer customers a smile, perhaps it’s time to consider a change.

Usually, when I go to a Dunkin, the staff are friendly, but the person at the Dunkin on Belmont Street today had all the warmth of a doorknob. She didn’t smile or acknowledge me or the other 20 or 30 customers waiting in line. If you’re not happy in your job enough to at least greet customers with a smile, perhaps it’s time to consider a different position.
Gone here four nights in a row and because it's after 9:30 that I'm showing up here I drive by the drive-thru window to make sure that there's someone there because when I go there at 2:00 am in the morning even though their signs all say 24 hours a day 7 days a week that they're open there's nobody there tonight I drive by and I sit in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes at the speaker and I drove by the window they were there but they're not answering to take orders or even tell me hey we're closed instead of wasting 15 minutes of my break where I could have gone to another Dunkin' donuts
These people are not following the health guidelines nor teaching the workers customer service they are very rude. No one wearing mask, touching money then your food with their hands, not wearing gloves. Very disgusting and disappointing I recommend if this is your last resort got to Cumberland farms at the gas station before giving this dunkin donut your money. I refuse to spend my money here. Cooperate should be embarrassed of the way the talk to customers and treat them. Most of all the fact they dont follow the health guidelines.

Chances are slim to none (and slim is getting on his horse to ride out of town) l will ever go to the Dunkins again. You may want to let your staff know that when a customer who has waited at the drive thru speaker for close to three minutes, has to repeat their order for a coffee three times because they are getting it right may become a little frustrated and comes out in their tone of voice. But that frustration is not going to be tempered by them saying hey...relax .
Went with a friend to get something from Dunkin Donuts. I have never been a fan of their coffee, but hey, It might grow on me. I just wanted to comment that the staff was friendly and kind. Also, I have never seen a dunkin that looks like a lounge. All of the dunkins I have been through are small places with no seating, but this was something cool to see.
This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I've ever been to, and the staff are equally disappointing. The customer service is terrible. They frequently get your order wrong and then argue with you about it.
Every single time you say no cheese.. they give me cheese will never go to dunks ever again .. there goes my breakfast before a 14 hr shift in a truck .. your job is not rocket science ..

Usually good. The afternoons have been rough lately. It's like they have one employee doing it all. It takes forever
All was good. Service with a smile. Drinks were right. Out of orange cranberry muffins. ?Food: 5/5
