I went to this restaurant for breakfast and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was fresh and tasty, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant. I always order my coffee extra hot and they always deliver. My children always enjoy their drinks and look forward to getting something new each time we visit. Every breakfast option we tried was delicious. This is a great place to have breakfast on the weekend, but make sure to arrive early as the tables fill up quickly.
While I absolutely love coming here for the food, the coffee is extremely inconsistent. My partner and I come at least once a week for a decent feed, but have reached the point where we no longer order coffee with our meal. Not for its...lack of quality beans (wonderful wagonga), it’s definitely the method. Burnt, over-extraction and unclean machine are common issues experienced over multiple visits. These bad habits are sadly also being passed to new staff. Bring in a professional for a better product.
Have been to Early Doors Cafe a few times now and the food and service is always excellent and extremely well priced. Clean and inviting ambient decor. This is our go to cafe in Gungahlin. Highly recommended.

beautiful place, but extremely slow with coffee and eating. waited 30 minutes for a coffee and ice and speckrolle. eier was super hard and place was extremely cold. probably not back. cheers
I was delighted with the toasty with fresh bread and good cheese and fresh juice that was larger than expected. Very pleased with my first visit. The staff are very friendly too!
This quaint cafe has a delightful, inviting atmosphere, with great service and delicious food. My wife and I will keep coming back for their delicious breakfast meals.
Since new chef was arrived, they use fresh ingredient and they have best hamburgers in Canberra. Also look out for lunch specials on the board!
