The food is quite good, and the kitchen stays open late, which is a big plus for someone always on the go. The daytime bartender was excellent, and the service and drinks were enjoyable as well. However, the evening bartender was less attentive and not very friendly. It's worth noting that the bar was busy, and she seemed to be the only staff member on duty for the night, which might have played a role in her demeanor.
"The restaurant is situated in the lobby of the DoubleTree. Although I didn't try any food, it appeared to be quite good. The service was outstanding. The bartender was friendly and interacted warmly with all the guests. It's a solid bar that can whip up nearly anything you might want. As for parking, it’s available in the lobby area, and they offer parking options for airport travelers."
They never asked how I wanted my hamburger cooked. Needless to say it was overcooked almost burned. We had to wait quite some time for our order and when it came one order was wrong. After another long wait the order was still wrong. They offered no compensation.
The food was excellent, and the servers were polite and attentive. The portion sizes were substantial. I had the macaroni and cheese with crab, which was delicious! I also ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was nearly as good as the one I had in Chicago. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. I had set my fork down on my plate, which still had some eggs on it, to sip my coffee when the server approached and attempted to take my plate away.
I arrived at the hotel just before closing and ordered the wings, which were fantastic. I also enjoyed a drink reminiscent of Angry Orchard. The customer service was outstanding!
Lisa is the best. She was the best part of my experience. The food was very good her service made it great.
