I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I took my girlfriend there for her birthday, and they really went all out for us. Our waitress, Rejeanna, was very personable and friendly; she truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful time. I can't believe the place isn't busier! The new manager, Sachin, clearly makes an effort to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. The drinks were fantastic, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the music was great. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be returning and making this a regular spot!

Regina took the time to explain the menu to me and guided me through the process of creating my own seafood boil bag. The food was incredible. She also suggested the Hennessy Sidecar drink, which was fantastic! This will definitely be my new favorite spot! Regina made me feel very welcome, and her cheerful personality is truly remarkable. This was a nice find for seafood. Ordered the calamari (breading was good on it kind of small size). The catfish basket (fried here are tasty, the catfish was almost non existent more batter than filet. Batter is that I?d like a Popeyes crispy coating) ratio off. The dungeonous crab legs were good but other crab legs a bit rubbery. The wing baskets were good. Hook and reel special flavor was good a bit thick but liked it. I?d come to try the bar the restaurant setup was nice.
We had a delicious meal at the Hook Reel. The shrimp boil bag was scrumptious and the spicy sauce was outstanding. Pairing with a pitcher of Guinness Blonde made a perfect meal. The atmosphere of the Hook Reel is inside-the-ship nautical with cool portholes and a well-done nautical motif all around. Our waitress, Nickeria (sp? was delightful and very helpful. The whole staff gave us a friendly goodbye as we departed. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

Excellent experience. Lovely ambiance on a quiet Thursday lunch. Charming and efficient service by Nancy. Delicious lobster bisque as well as fried calamari (not oily! , crab salad and steamed oysters. Will be back to try more! Right near Walmart so great for lunch or dinner before or after shopping. This restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise. We had never been here before and decided to try it out as it is right next to our gym. What an amazing flavor sensation! Our bartender, Gene, was wonderful and so accommodating. The choices of seafood were great, and you have so many options as far as spices and heat level. If you like seafood, you must try this place.

I sat at the bar during happy hour, and I enjoyed great service! The crab fries were amazing, and the drinks were pretty good as well!
