The Pollo en Mole was outstanding. There are only two Mexican restaurants in Whatcom County that serve a delicious brown Oaxaca mole, and this one definitely stands out. The Chori Pollo was absolutely out of this world. As a mole expert, I couldn’t resist trying the Chori Pollo, and I was thrilled by the generous portion of chicken. It’s definitely a dish I will order again!
The food was ok . Atmosphere not so much the dining room was totally empty and chilly, with cheap corona beer flags all over, I was overcharged as the tip was applied to my card even though I left cash on the table for the waiter making the check 72 dollars for two fajita plates and a single drink. Shoulda just gone to Taco Bell and saved a 50.
My parents absolutely love this place. They go there at least 2-3 times a week. The staff is like family to them, they know their orders by heart and welcome all their family in as if extended family. It's a very nice restaurant. The hill to get in and out is a bit much, minor detail. Other than that, it's a nice cozy little restaurant.

Great Mexican in a no frills setting. Came here as we were staying across the street the food was really good and the portions were generous. Not fancy but would highly recommend and I will be back.
I stopped by for lunch while working two hours away from home, and I'm really glad I did. The experience was delightful and hassle-free. The service was friendly and quick.
The food was excellent. However, the server was a bit overly friendly and kept touching my shoulder. It might just be a cultural difference.
