I've visited this restaurant a couple of times, and while the food is decent and reasonably priced compared to many Colombian places, the service is quite disappointing. On my last visit, the restaurant was busy, which I expected in such a small space. However, none of the staff acknowledged my presence at all. There wasn't even a simple greeting or a quick comment like, "Hey, we’re a bit busy right now," which I would have appreciated. When I approached the register to ask whether I should wait or come back later, the waitress actually turned her back on me. The servers do not speak English. They don 't greet the clients with a smile and are rather stand-offish (rude). The food was cold, and the "TOSTONES were greasy and soggy. The two middle-aged waitresses are laughing and touching each other rather than giving their customers good service. And to add injury to insult the hit you with an 18% tip.
I absolutely love the beef sancocho from this restaurant! I just wish they added more meat to it. However, the flavor is incredibly rich. Also, the reheated breakfast was delicious.
They raise the prices by 20% or 30% of what they really are, they practically rob you in the face and you don't even realize it, ASK FOR AN INVOICE BEFORE PAYING
