Came here after work with a group of friends. We got margaritas (I got a jalepeno margarita which was okay it wasn't very strong or spicy by my standards, but it did have fresh peppers that had some kick) and chips and salsa, which were plentiful, and then meals. Everybody was pretty happy with theirs I got Camarones a la Diabla which is shrimp in a very spicy habanero sauce. I was pleased to see that this DID have a good amount of kick, and the portions were generous. I was able to box some up and eat it later. Overall it had a good atmosphere and good service; I would go again.
Super negative experience tonight. Seemed like a failure by the manager and staff. Our waiter seemed completely overwhelmed by the amount of tables he was serving. We received our appetizer AFTER we got our food, my wife's strawberry margarita had green leafy residue mixed in and my mother in laws dinner order was not done right.We hoped to celebrate a very exciting ultrasound and were unfortunately very disappointed with the whole experience ?
I came tonight to this cute restaurant and is a gem, i bought the tacos al pastor and they were amazing!! The area were clean and comfy, nice environment and music. Also i want to say thanks to my server Kata, always with a smile make you feel comfortable while ordering, and also she recommended me a drink coco loco really good! Ill be back for sure!

El Charro is the best restaurant in Wisconsin, possibly the best restaurant on the entire planet. I got the Burrito Fajitas, 4 shots of Patron Tequila, and the Tres Leches for dessert. I would also recommend the Quesadillas and the Fried Ice Cream.
One of our favorite dinner spots! Food is very good. Only issue has been some inconsistency with matching the orders when doing carry-out (e.g. missing cheese topping on the fajita quesadilla in our last order), but still very tasty overall!
Super cozy Tex-Mex cuisine. This is where I go to satisfy my enchilada/queso cravings, and their flavor-heavy dishes are served promptly and professionally. I'd recommend giving them a try!
Amazing Charro Special with a side of red sauce cheese enchiladas. Very fresh and authentic flavor for a good value. Would definitely come here again.

Loved it here! Hubby had a gigantic fajita combo burrito and I had the shredded Chicken Chimichangas. Sooo good!
