I’ve tried many carry out Mexican restaurants in the area and this is one of my new favorites. I had a carne asada burrito and it was muy bueno. Unlike other places they cook the meat to order making it fresh and juicy with lots of flavor. If you’re used to places that scoop pre-cooked meat you’ll be super impressed with the El Maguay Express way that separates them from the others. Highly recommend and will be back!
What a nice and quaint little gem for quick Mexican food. The interior is clean with a cute layout. The food was prepared in the open kitchen, which you can see over the cashier shoulder. The food was not bad at all, the rice could use a little more seasoning/salt, but over all not bad. Definitely give this place a try, and be turned off by unkempt strip mall.
I got a bean and cheese burrito with tomatoes and it was cold the cheese wasn't even melted!!!! The hottest thing in the bag was the salsa!!!! It was not worth $8.72. The burritos from Taco Bell are hotter than the burrito that this place gave me. I just wasted my money. I threw it in the trash. Won't be coming back here again.
The food was outstanding. My only issue was with the service. I placed my order first, but everyone who ordered after me received their meals before I did. I only ordered a burrito, and it took 15 minutes for it to arrive. Aside from that, the food was truly delicious! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This restaurant has been around for a long time and a very good family business. Everything is made fresh to order. The tacos are filled with a lot of meat and the enchiladas and taquitos are just delicious.
This is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and a friendly cashier. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!
Putting this review for the great service, the pollo asado and the tacos de cabeza al vapor are the bomb!
