A few nights ago, I had dinner with my best friend in the bar area of our favorite restaurant. We’ve dined here before and enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. This time, we were served by Becca, who was incredibly attentive and polite. We absolutely adored her! We even requested to speak with her manager to commend her on her outstanding service. The manager recognized us from our previous visits, which was nice. With both of us having experience in the restaurant industry, we know quality service when we see it. We also want to shout out to Juan, the manager. He’s exemplary at his job, always going above and beyond to assist both guests and staff, whether it’s helping the hostesses or...
The dining experience was decent overall. The ceviche had a stronger sweetness than shrimp flavor, while the aguachile was average. The menudo was overly salty, and the pozole was just okay. The service was lacking, with only one staff member at each station until management stepped in briefly to assist. The tacos were good, but overall, I didn’t feel that the meal was worth the $35 per person charge. The only highlight was our waiter, who provided excellent service.
