The best Italian restaurant in Raritan. Food was excellent. The steak, the pasta, the sauce, everything was flawless. They gave huge portion and complimentary salad and bread. Everyone left with big boxes of leftover food. The only headache is parking. They don’t have their own parking lot. We usually do street parking and walk over. The place is small with a bar. I used to work nearby and often made this a go-to spot. The new owners have successfully maintained the tradition, and the food remains top-notch. You definitely won't be disappointed. This place is absolutely fantastic! I traveled from Texas to visit friends, and every single one of them recommended it. It's the best Italian food we've ever had. We absolutely plan to return on our next visit. The atmosphere, food, and service were all incredible. For our dinner, we spent over $100 per person. Went for birthday dinner..food was great..love the cozy atmosphere but got a little to loud at one point couldn't here my table conversation. We'll be back! Exceptional traditional Italian cuisine. I really enjoyed the pork chop Murphy. Without a doubt, this is my top choice for the best Italian food in Central Jersey. Just be sure to arrive early since they don't take reservations. Also, the cheesesteak parm outshines anything you'll find in Philly.
