Booked a romantic dinner for two (our 20th wedding anniversary) a few weeks in advance and from previous reviews asked not to be placed near the front door due to draft that hits you every time the door opens. Where did they place us .... right near the front door ! Was here for a special occasion so I wasn't going to let that ruin the night. That door opened over a dozen times by people without reservations asking for tables. So make sure you book and don't just turn up on the night. Disappointing start to dinner when we were taken out back to a table. Plants had been watered and when I sat down I sat in water on the chair. Spent my time with a wet bottom.We had been told we had to book for the early (6.30pm) sitting on a Saturday night. Food was lovely and wine list very pricey! Everytime we come to melbourne we eat at estelle. We love sitting at the bar for a relaxed dinner. Either ordering off the menu or sometimes w choose the 3 or 5 course dinner. We love the selection of wine and everytime we are more and more impressed than the time before, The service is among some of the best i have received in melbourne. Always keeping our glasses full , full glass means full smile.

We've visited there with my friends who went there couple times. Presentation, taste, service and atmosphere are perfect! Presentation of each plate is very detail and has story, it's make special each plate. But 3 dessert are too much for me anyway.
