Service was mediocre and the food started off strong but overall let us down. We started off our meal with the beer battered cauliflower and it was a solid start. The cook was great with a perfect crisp batter and we loved the ranch sauce. We got the greek goddess platter because we wanted to try the calamari mushrooms and the rest looked yummy. The mushrooms were great, a little under salted but that's fine. the greek salad was delicious. We then ordered the three noodle dishes and this is where the disappointment begins. eve olive is in an antidote that they usually do not expect to find a restaurant. once found, but it's lovely. nice room, not fancy, but nice. didn't know it was vegetarian, but that was no problem that my wife has food allergies so that eve olive was able to satisfy them right before the menu. she had a pasta/moushroom dish that she really enjoyed. I had a meatless Burger boy for the first time, it was always good! fries were also excellent. they gave us a complementary Sangria type drink, which was also excellent. server was a tasty bite with very helpful pleasant to treat we come back!
My vegan friend suggested this restaurant, and we invited friends to join us for our first visit. We were all hoping it wouldn't disappoint, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The food was beautifully presented, delicious, and offered a good variety. The atmosphere was cozy, and I can imagine it being even nicer in the summer on the patio. The indoor seating was also lovely and comfortable. The desserts, including the chocolate cake and cookies, were fantastic choices. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Visiting from the mainland for Spring Break and was looking for a vegetarian restaurant and picked Eve Olive based on high ratings/reviews. The food was delicious and my son, who normally doesn 't eat mushrooms, loved the mushroom calamari! He also had the 'pulled pork ' sandwich, also made with mushrooms, and enjoyed that as well! The vegan cheesecake and ice cream were also very good. Good food with great flavour!
I recently discovered a hidden gem in Nanaimo called Eve Olive. Their vegan menu is fantastic, and I absolutely loved my Greek Goddess plate. It was filled with a variety of delicious items and flavors. The vegan Nanaimo bar I had for dessert was decadent, rich, and absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to come back!
very delicious! I highly recommend whether they are vegan or not. it is a cute room and really good eating. I wish they had more items on their menu or like a rotating new article because this is my favorite place in nanaimo. also wish them lunch and more in the house made dessert options!

All the way around ours was a terrific experience. Caesar salad with homemade feta incredible, mushroom calamari, curry; all excellent. Service was sweet!!
