a lot of cheap product cream. One of the vegetables, one of the beetles and one of the asparagus... all rich, but nothing spectacular. The pork rib, little one. the right service.
It was a gift from my brother to another brother and my parents, they came enchanted, the tasting menu very well presented, tasty and satisfying.
