I am highly upset! I used a mobile coupon to save money. Then the cashier WITHOUT MY PERMISSION gave herself a $5.00 tip!!! She didn't ask if it was ok,there was never an option to add a tip on my screen. I looked at my total before I put my card in then while looking at my bank account after I got home realized the totals didn't match. I found my receipt only to find she gave herself a $5 tip. Money was stolen from me! Something needs to be done about this immediately! And I'm not talking just mailing me a free food voucher. I have no interest in coming to that restaurant again!
The environment was friendly but it seems like a ghost zone. If you are looking for a place to relax, quiet and some good food this is the place. The lasagna was dry and hard that is my only complaint. My family got pizza, bread sticks, ultimate pasta sampler, oven baked sampler, red velvet cheese cake and the frozen strawberry lemonade and all of it was great. The temp is perfect not to hot nor cold. Has a decent Playlist. Seems overall clean, table and booths are not sticky. Bathroom could use a little cleaning. Overall a great environment
My meal was just terrible. The spaghetti noodles had a foul odor that reminded me of dirty water, like a mop or rag that hadn’t been cleaned in days. I couldn’t even finish my salad or anything else because of the unpleasant smell and taste I encountered with my first bite. Normally, my food is good, but today it was completely disgusting. I’m really upset about this experience.
Fantastic place with a great price to eat!! Unlimited plumbers when eating and a whole meal for practically $8. I have a oven baked classic sampler to share, and we both ended up full of residues. Your salad is simple but delicious and the service was incredibly fast! 10/10

Worst dining experience ever. “Fast food” took half an hour. Then she told us she’d bring us breadsticks. 15 minutes later we had to go ask for some. She kept saying they were really busy but people that came in after were getting their food before us, with breadsticks!!
I occasionally stop by for lunch and I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and respectful. I also enjoy the food quite a bit. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
Always loved the select of cheesecake I had the orange and chocolate with this order. They gave us two bread sticks apiece. I did ask for one more after 15 minutes I just left without it.
Messed up my order from the previous day, went through the drive thru for the replacement and waited for over 30 minutes. Very disappointed in the service and food.
