A great local restaurant. Food is very good and they’ll accommodate virtually any request, even off menu. They lose points for easily correctable items. 1 A surcharge was added for using a credit card. Not made known ahead of time. Not on menu, not on website, no sign noticed and were not told by wait staff. And we had a large party. 2. Wait staff inside was overburdened while those tending outdoors were standing around. Mismanaged. 3. Wait staff not properly trained. It’s a profession not just a job. Many mistakes and failures. Made for distraction. 4. Their requested dress code is meaningless. We arrived late to meet our friends for lunch. When we got there, the waiter informed us that they had already arrived but had stepped out for a walk. We managed to find them and were promptly seated. The service was excellent. Although we ordered something that was unavailable, the staff offered a similar substitute, and everything turned out great.
On Elm Street my mind always goes to Freddie Kruger, but it's far from a nightmare) in Westfield, this multi level Italian restaurant is a place you should definitely try . Very nice atmosphere for dining, with outside seating available. I ordered mushroom ravioli in a cream truffle sauce and my wife had grilled chicken over a salad, A+
We ordered 10 pizzas (cheese, margarita, chicken, and pepperoni) for our 3rd birthday party, and they were a big hit with everyone, both kids and adults. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the chicken pizza, but it was clear that everyone else enjoyed it since it disappeared quickly!

The restaurant had such a nice vibe and the service was great. They have a lot of options on their menu. The dishes we ordered were just fine, nothing bad but nothing too special about them.
We celebrated a birthday party at Ferraro's, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, and our waiter, Dillon, was fantastic as well.
