I had breakfast here for the first time this morning and I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Frittata Rustica, which I found to be excellent. My mom enjoyed the blueberry pancake immensely, while my uncle—who is quite a picky eater—had scrambled eggs and bacon. Both my mom and I thought our dishes were delicious and would return in a heartbeat. However, my uncle was less than pleased due to his specific preferences; he found the sourdough toast unappealing and would have preferred regular Wonder Bread. Arrived at First Watch at 7 AM for breakfast. Service was a little on the slower side, considering there were only two tables in the place. But server was nice and it wasn't for lack of effort.I ordered the eggs Benedict smoked salmon. Hollandaise sauce had good flavor as did the salmon. Only critique would be eggs. Should be runny on Benedict and these eggs were prepared over hard. I went with the greens as a side and they were fine.My friend had turkey sausage and gravy over biscuits, and he was very happy with his meal. All in all... A solid breakfast
The bacon was delicious, though a bit on the salty side. The butternut squash soup was great, along with the cheesy grits and harvest hash. The ambiance of the space is visually appealing, but it is quite loud due to the tall industrial ceiling and lack of soft furnishings. On a positive note, the service was excellent!

Breakfast is breakfast and there are plenty of places to grab something.What set First Watch apart was the Smoked Brisket Hash plate with 2 eggs, potatoes and pico de gallo.This unexpected dish hit all the textures and flavors in one. I'll look to get back for this before it disappears from the menu!
Today was my first time coming here and it was amazing, it was very crowded and yet all of the wait staff was great while dealing with the crowd. There was only about a 10 minute wait, the food was delicious and all of the waiters and waitress were so nice. I can't wait to come again!
Checked in online ahead of time, but that didn’t help much with getting seated in a timely manner. Once we got seated, we had quick and efficient service with good quality food! Lots of variety on the menu that it was hard to choose! Not our first visit enjoyable as before!
Food here is excellent and the management is even better. My meal was incorrect and they went above and beyond to make it right for me. That kind of service just doesn’t exist anymore. Big thank you to the kindness I was shown and can’t wait to eat here again.
