I didn't catch the name of the young man working with the fries, but he was truly impressive. When the iced tea ran out, he swiftly replaced it. Then, he took the initiative to sweep and tidy up the tables before returning to the fries. And let me tell you, the fries were spot on! In my previous visits, they had been undercooked, but today they were crispy instead of mushy. This young man has a strong work ethic and should be proud of it; he could apply that attitude to every part of his life! By the way, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. The burger was delicious, and thanks to this hardworking young man, my fries and unsweetened iced tea were perfect too!

Our Five Guys pickup adventure featured two little bacon cheeseburgers, a side of Cajun French fries, and not one, but two absolutely DELICIOUS milkshakes. The service is always quick , courteous , clean and they go above and beyond ! Now, the little hamburger with ketchup and pickles took a detour into the realm of overcooking, leaving my husband's daughter unimpressed she gave it a pass. However, the rest of our feast maintained the Five Guys tradition of delight and addictiveness. A minor hiccup in burger perfection couldn't overshadow the overall satisfaction of those fantastic fries and shakes.
Food is fair to good depending upon who is working the grills. Staff looks almost new every time I go into store, and I'm not overly impressed by most of the employees attitudes. A lot of chitchat bullshit talk between employees that was very distracting. Too much employee interaction with friends that stop by. And becoming indifferent about what job they are doing. McDonald's employees have a much better attitude and I'd recommend MickeyDs over this place. Burgers and fries are very expensive. Make sure your food is hot and correctly prepared.
I typically place my orders online, but this time I decided to call in to ask a few questions. They answered all of my inquiries promptly and politely. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted warmly, just as I always am, and asked if I needed assistance. The food was hot and fresh, prepared to order every time. I also observed the grill crew working together seamlessly at the grill and fryer. A big shout-out to the #5GuysGrillGang!!!
I'm a huge fan of Five Guys, so I might be a bit biased. I've never had a negative experience at any Five Guys I've visited. Their burgers are fantastic, their fries are amazing, and their hot dogs are just right. So, if you're in the mood for something indulgent, definitely head to a Five Guys!
