I wish I had taken a photo before heading back inside Five Guys. When I got to my car to eat my burger, I found the fries had spilled out of the cup as if it had been turned upside down. Then, when I unwrapped my burger, the patty, cheese, and bacon were all separate from the bun, just tucked beside it. I probably should have anticipated this mishap when I saw the employee carelessly assembling other orders. After spending $22 on a burger and fries, plus leaving a tip, I expected my meal to be properly put together. Five Guys is a great spot for burgers and hot dogs. The food is fresh, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The burgers are tasty, but I think they could improve and reach an even higher level. They offer shared free parking, which is convenient. However, the prices are on the higher side compared to similar places, and they don’t have family deals. I do enjoy the free peanuts they offer while you wait for your order!
The drink machine was out of many options, and when I asked about it, the staff just shrugged and said it needed to be refilled. I understood that, but they didn’t do anything about it. I had to choose from whatever was available. Additionally, they gave us a burger that no one ordered, and it was nothing like what we asked for, even though we ordered in person. Aside from that, it was okay.
I ordered through the app, and my food was ready when I arrived just 13 minutes later. There’s plenty of parking close by, with outdoor seating available as well. Conveniently situated right off Highway 18, I was able to get in and out in under three minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger along with the small fries, and the burger was absolutely perfect. The fries, as the name suggests, were indeed a small portion. Overall, the meal was delightful and quite hearty—definitely satisfying!
The burgers were overly greasy with peanut oil and lacked any real flavor. They were missing the grilled onions, and all I could really taste was the peanut oil and hot sauce. The shake was decent, but the fries were disappointing.
The burgers were good, but they didn't include the Regular Cajun Fries. Every other time I've ordered a regular size fry here, they've always filled the bag as well as the cup.
I always order fries with my burger when I go to Five Guys. I just wish I had remembered to add them when I ordered through DoorDash.
